PACKING CLOUDS GIVEAWAY – OFFICIAL RULES

1. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Packing Clouds and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Entry Period
The giveaway begins on March 9, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on April 9, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time. All entries must be received by the end date to be eligible.

3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:

• Subscribe to the Packing Clouds giveaway/newsletter by submitting their first and last name and a valid email address, then clicking submit.

• Follow @packingclouds on Instagram.

• Follow @packnclouds on TikTok

No purchase necessary. Limit one entry per person.

4. Prize
The prize includes one BIG Rolling Cloud Hoodie (approximate retail value: 148 USD). The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.

5. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or around April 17, 2026. The winner will be notified via email within 3 business days of the draw.

6. Winner Notification & Claiming Prize
The winner must respond within 72 hours of notification to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected. The winner may be required to provide proof of eligibility and a valid mailing address to receive the prize, and may be asked to sign a declaration of compliance where applicable.

7. Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Packing Clouds, Shopify, Instagram, and any other affiliated parties from any liability arising from participation in this giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

8. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. General Conditions
Packing Clouds reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond our control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.
