Subscriptions

If PACKING CLOUDS offers subscription-based products or services, customers will receive recurring deliveries based on the selected subscription frequency and duration.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

• Your payment method may be securely stored and automatically charged according to the subscription schedule, unless the subscription is prepaid.

• Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of the selected subscription term.

• You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time prior to the next billing cycle.

• Subscription management links may be provided within order confirmation emails or customer account portals, and you are responsible for managing or canceling subscriptions before renewal dates.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order purchases allow customers to secure products that are not currently available for immediate shipment.

By placing a pre-order with PACKING CLOUDS, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Pre-order items may require extended production and fulfillment time.

• Full payment or a deposit may be collected at checkout, and PACKING CLOUDS may store payment information to complete remaining balances when the product becomes available.

• Pre-orders may be canceled only if the item has not entered production or fulfillment processing. Once production or fulfillment has begun, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

• If a pre-order has already been fulfilled and shipped, cancellations are not permitted. Customers may submit return requests according to our Return & Refund Policy.

• Estimated shipping timelines for pre-orders are provided as guidelines and may change due to demand, supply availability, or shipping delays.

Policy Enforcement

PACKING CLOUDS reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or limit purchase options, subscription programs, or promotional offers at any time. We also reserve the right to update this policy as needed without prior notice.
