Thank you for shopping with PACKING CLOUDS. This Shipping & Pre-Order Policy outlines important information regarding order processing, shipping timelines, delivery expectations, and customer responsibilities. By placing an order with PACKING CLOUDS, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may vary depending on product type, order volume, customization requirements, and inventory availability.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.


Shipping & Fulfillment

PACKING CLOUDS uses multiple fulfillment methods depending on the product. As a result, processing and delivery times may vary by item.

Orders containing multiple products may ship separately and arrive at different times. PACKING CLOUDS reserves the right to determine the most efficient shipping method and fulfillment location for each order.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on shipping destination, carrier selection, and items purchased. All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

PACKING CLOUDS is not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control once an order has been shipped.


Pre-Orders

Products labeled as Pre-Order are not immediately available for shipment and require extended processing and production timelines. Estimated shipping timeframes for pre-order items are listed within individual product descriptions and are provided as general guidance only.

By purchasing a pre-order item, customers acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Pre-order items are produced, prepared, or allocated after purchase and may require additional fulfillment time.

  • Estimated shipping dates are subject to change due to demand, supply chain availability, manufacturing timelines, or carrier-related delays.

  • Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may be held and shipped together once all items are available. Customers who wish to receive available items sooner should place separate orders.

  • Pre-orders are processed immediately after purchase. Requests to cancel, modify, or change shipping details are not guaranteed and are subject to PACKING CLOUDS approval.

  • Delays related to production, fulfillment, or logistics do not constitute grounds for chargebacks or refunds unless required by applicable consumer protection laws or if PACKING CLOUDS is unable to fulfill the order.

Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information once pre-order items have been fulfilled and shipped.


Tracking Information

Tracking details will be provided via email once an order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier’s system.


Shipping Delays & Limitation of Liability

PACKING CLOUDS is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by third-party shipping carriers, customs authorities, natural events, labor strikes, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery timing and package handling transfers to the carrier.


Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. PACKING CLOUDS is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be subject to additional reshipping fees. PACKING CLOUDS is not obligated to replace or refund orders lost due to customer-provided address errors.


Lost or Stolen Packages

PACKING CLOUDS is not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly to file claims for delivery disputes.


Policy Updates

PACKING CLOUDS reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping & Pre-Order Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be reflected on this page and apply to orders placed after the revised effective date.
