Return & Refund Policy

At Packing Clouds, all orders are handled with care. Please read our policy carefully as it varies depending on the type of product purchased.


Apparel

All Packing Clouds apparel is made to order, meaning each item is produced specifically for you at the time of purchase. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of a verified manufacturing or production defect.

How to Request a Return — Apparel

If you believe your item has a defect, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@packingclouds.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the defect

Returns cannot be initiated through our website. All requests must go through email. Items sent back without prior written authorization will be refused and returned to the sender.

For verified manufacturing defects, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.


Accessories & Other Products

For non-apparel products such as trays, herb grinders, and other accessories, we accept returns within 30 days of deliveryfor verified manufacturing or product defects only.

How to Request a Return — Accessories

To initiate a return, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@packingclouds.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the defect

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on where to send your item. Items sent back without prior written authorization will be refused and returned to the sender.

For verified defects, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.


What We Do Not Accept — All Products

Regardless of product type, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or incorrect size selection
  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered
  • Items returned without prior written authorization
  • Sale items or final sale items
  • Gift cards

Damages & Defects — All Products

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@packingclouds.com. Do not use, wear, or wash the item before contacting us, as this may affect your eligibility.


Refunds

Refunds are issued only in cases where a replacement cannot be fulfilled. If approved, refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. If 15 business days have passed without receiving your refund, please contact us at info@packingclouds.com.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges on any products. To receive a new item, a replacement must be approved through our return process.
